2. Your order is handmade (generally3-10 business days, depending on the size of the order).

3. Your order is lovingly packaged and posted via Australia Post the same day.

4. You receive your order.

Returns Policy:

Spoiled Rotten Princess does our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We strongly recommend that you include specific instructions with colour choices if you are deviating from the standard colours of the item(s) you are ordering. If we do not have the colour of ribbon or item that you have requested, we will contact you and provide you the colour choices we have or give you the option of canceling your choice of the item.

If, in the unlikely event, that the quality of your purchase was not up to your standard, please contact us within 10 days after you have received the item(s) and tell us what the problem is. We will do our absolute best to resolve your issue(s) with our product(s) in a timely manner.

Please note that due to the nature of our product and hygeine standards, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size/colour/item ordered, or dislike of actual colours of the item (unless specific colour choices were made by the customer and not adhered to by Spoiled Rotten Princess).
